rk 161 in 13-14 gets a 1.1m per in a 2yr deal. We like his style and will roll the dice with this signing even if he is hurt more often than a MLB player accused of PED/HGH use. LOL

Ryan Smyth, $0.6m (2013-2015) will get a 1yr B/O since he's retired from the NHL announced April 11, 2014. Great career for Captain Canada!  :thumbsup:

His B/O will cost us 0.4m all this yr!  :toast: :toth:

Hawks like what we saw in a few kiddies that played with the parent club this yr so we're going to resign them to contract extensions.

Mark Scheifele, $2.5m (2013-2014-EL)
rk 108 Center 13-14 nets himself a 3 yr deal worth 1.5m per yr because we're bumping his annual cap hit from 1.3m to 1.5m  :agent: Both sides come out ahead.  :winner:

Tom Wilson, $2.0m (2013-2014-EL)
rk 92 RW 13-14 and gets a new 2yr deal for 0.8m per yr.

My take on the Fianls, Ripper's Blues got robbed in broad daylight! Plan n simple! LOL

I mean where the hell did Boston come from over the weekend to overtake St.Louis. They were down and out most of the two wks of the Finals. Not to mention the 14 or 15 wk winning streak Ripper was on. Insane stuff!

Both teams were hyper active building up their rosters and man did it pay off. Didn't hurt either to have all world goalies. But yeah JD lucked out with Nilsson getting a start and pulling off a big win in Overtime on the last day to throw 9 points on the board for Boston. That's dumb luck if I ever saw it. Not trying to take away from the Cup win by JD but man you are one lucky SOB man!  :afro: :disco:

Well played by both teams and a great season by the owners!  :judge:  Can't wait to face both teams in the new season!  :thumbsup:

A few days ago THN mentioned a 69.4 cap ceiling that reflects the weaker Cdn $.
