Proposal: Houston

I propose the following to deal with the Houston situation. 

Allow a GM to keep a few players from the original roster (MLB roster 1 INF, 1 OF, 2 P; MiLB 2 INF, 2 OF and 2 P) and release the remainder to FA.   Rebrand the team to a different name.  With a completely depleted roster and the rebuild a GM can undue the damage that was caused and remove the stigma that was associated with that team. 

I would also volunteer to take undertake that task.

We will be accepting Brent's proposal with the exception that all of the players will be placed in a draft, outside of the 12 that he has selected from which to build his team.  Each team will have the opportunity to select two players during the draft from the Houston roster as it was when Chris left.  The selecting team will inherit the existing contract.

Kidd is working to get this draft ready.  Further information will be posted when ready.
