The polls have closed regarding the three proposed rules changes. The decisions are as follows:
Armchair will now have a trade committee. The committee will vote on all trades. I propose the following:
Trades must pass the trade committee with 4 approvals if less than 2 members of the committee are involved. Trades must receive a majority approval if 2 members are involved in the trade. Trades can be vetoed with 2 votes. Two vetoes overrides 4 approvals. If four approvals are not received, but the trade has fewer than two vetoes within 72 hours, the trade can be approved by the commissioner.
A rules committee has been rejected by the league. Going forward rules will be voted on by the league GMs.
Finally the closest vote was the roster construction. The vote is too close for approval, so I propose that we continue to discuss for 2020.
