With the Wander Franco ridiculousness, we were desperately in need of an SS and Cruz is a nice fit on this roster. Means should be back in April and helps fill out my rotation.

It kills me to move Basallo. As an Os fan, I think he is going to be huge, but he?s still a year or two away and will likely not be a C, if he stays in Baltimore. So it made sense to make the move. Thanks @Jonathan and good luck!
