Title: Flames buyout Carr

Daniel Carr, $0.6m (2019-2021) will be bought out, all this year.
Daniel Carr, $0.7m (2019-2020)

We need the roster spot for Carl Gunnarsson coming off the IR so we'll move Jacob Middleton down to the minors while Carr awaits processing. Thanks.
