Yes is my understanding.

You just can't move them to the regular bench spots nor can you move regular guys into the minors bench spots is how I interpret it.

Free to use freely is what was voted on.

YES. But once he surpasses 82 regular season games, he gets released if you didn't sign him. Big penalty in store for abusers or owners rolling the dice with last min contract.

For Supplemental Draft Picks, what contract values will we use? Same as for Entry Draft players (based on actual NHL draft position) is my guess.

Would be willing to move Anders Bjork in the right deal or a D man. Preference would be young and cheap but if you have interest in him let me know. I'll try to figure out something that works if it's a player I'm interested in even if the cap fit isn't perfect.
