As we enter the final week of the regular season, it appears that the playoff seeds have been established.
American League
#1 :SEA: 121-33 AL West
#2 :TB: 112-42 AL Central
#3 :CHW: 112-42 AL East
#4 :OAK: 112-42 Wildcard #1
#5 :BAL: 104-50 Wildcard #2
#6 :CLE: 96-58 (Still Alive)
National League
#1 :PHI: 134-20 NL East
#2 :COL: 117-37 NL West
#3 :CHC: 103-51 NL Central
#4 :SD: 98-56 Wildcard #1
#5 :SF: 95-59 Wildcard #2
The only playoff berth in question is the AL Wildcard #2, where :CLE: is 8 games back of :BAL:. There is a chance that they could finish in a regular season tie if :CLE: goes 8-0 and :BAL: goes 0-8 in the final week of the season.
We would then go to these tie-breakers:
If two or more teams in a division are tied for a playoff spot then the order of tiebreakers is determined by:
1) Head to head record - If :CLE: goes 8-0 and :BAL: goes 0-8 this week, they will finish 3-3 in H2H;
2) Divisional record (Win%) - :BAL: is currently 51-21 and :CLE: is 46-26, so in the 8-0/0-8 scenario, :CLE: would be the WC#5
3) Fantasy points scored

Good stuff Flash. TB is happy to have won our first division crown under new ownership.
Good luck to everyone going forward.

Will this be the year :PHI: finally brings home a championship? Or will they extend their annual choke job in the playoffs? We shall see!

As we enter the final two days of the regular season, it does not appear as if :CLE: will pull off the magical finish and oust :BAL: from the 2nd Wild Card berth.
There is also a possibility that :SD: and :SF: flip flop their Wild Card positions, but it won’t change the fact they will meet in the Wild Card matchup.
