Warriors accept. We do this to gain cap and get a bit younger although Ingram is still pretty young (25). In rebuild mode so it makes sense for both teams.

Celtics dealing from a position of need here as Boston also has Brown/Tatum with SF elig, so adding Ingram for more of a presence at PF/C (hopefully) while continuing to be in compete now mode helps our positional flexibility

REVISED DEAL
In the deal above, Golden State agrees to pay 7M of Ingram's salary for 2023/24. Boston will be re-signing Ingram.
