New GM in New York

zephyr joined in January but I haven't heard much other than radio silence ever since.  I expect he got busy with that whole real life thing...

Today I'm welcoming a personal friend of mine, Dahhlinda (Mike), to run the Rangers.  I've been working on him for a little while... Mike is brand new to these types of leagues, but he's got a great hockey brain and is a former college player at The University of Vermont.  He will need some time to get acquainted with the rules, and to that end he couldn't have joined at a better time since we're in the Extension Period. 

The Rangers need some love.  Drew took steps to turn around the franchise and there's some stuff to build around.  This franchise is not too far away from competitiveness with the right moves.
