The NHL and NHLPA are not at odds so for sure they will make damn sure the season continues in a few weeks or a few months even if it mean a delay to the start of the 2020-21 season.

It's all about $$$ and both the NHL and NHLPA want to make up for lost $$$ due to the current PAUSE. Count on it.

Congrats to all the teams that rang the trade bell on deadline day. Special mention to the Carolina Hurricanes who rang that bell like Quasimodo. Lots of great trades. Fantastic to see the activity.

I got to say, strange day Canes changing owners in FNHL overnight and NHL's Canes lose both goalies and call on the emergency goalie who gets the win. What a day in Canes-ville.
