Title: 2017 NHL Draft in Chicago
Post by: blkhwkfn on June 25, 2017, 06:08:52 PM
Ok so being the hockey addict i am. I went to the draft day 2. If you haven't been you need to go at least once. Having been to many Blackhawks games i always extend a welcome to fans of other teams. Talking hockey and possiable moves, the hawks early exit once again. The atmosphere was electric still so many hopefuls waiting to hear thier name called. I met a few draftees these kids are very polished for thier age. I know for a fact i wasn't at that age, still great to see the anticipation of NHL success in thier eyes. Only thing that would have been better is to sit at a draft table of the Blackhawks or Maple Leafs. Personally i would travel to go to another draft.

Sounds like a lot of fun. I don't know if I would have made those trades that Bowman made but the guy has stones I'll give him credit for that.

You didn't by chance figure out which player Columbus wants at 2 while at the draft did you haha?

I feel like whoever I take at one will most likely bust and the guy that goes at two will be a stud.

haha i actually like both guys, i see them as 1a and 1b. After that there is a drop off but not by much. It's a pretty tight fraft. I will make a deal with you, make your pick then i will make mine lol.

I'm slightly leaning Patrick at the moment but there's a lot of time to decide.

I'm really curious to see what Vegas does at three...

I predict Daddy makes a big trade and gets a guy to help Vegas win now.
