Ok everyone here knows that I have had my share of misques here. However by now shouldn't everyone know the draft is going? I know this is new and all but.........

there is always going to be a few hiccups when using a new tool.  Just take what you learn and apply it. 

From the commissioner side,
1) make sure players that are drafted outside the draft app should be added to teams immediately to take them out of the eligible draft options. 
2) use the skip pick option vs. auto draft option for teams not present.  ( the system always looks to take the next best player unless they have a draft que,,, thats not going to be a rookie)

From GM's side...
1) if you are going to use the auto pick make sure you have enough players in your draft que to get from the current pick to your next pick. 
2) If you really think you are going to be gone for an extended period then do what I did and just add all the players from Round 1 to the end of round 4 into your draft que.    It took me about 5 mins to add every player.  ( it would help the commissioners from having to remove Curtis Mc..every 5 picks.)

I like the idea of using Fantrax, and we can certainly muddle forward. I wouldn't speak against it if it was practical. But sometimes simple is best.

The problem is that we can never count on the GM's. There are always new ones, and either those who mess up or don't care. For the Commissioners, it is clearly easier to smooth things out on proFSL.
