D Shea Weber, $5m (2020-2021)

:STL-NHL: gets
G Jimmy Howard, $4.5m (2020-2021)
2021 1st
2022 2nd

A lot to give for what could be a rental, but Weber is a top 10 defender and still will be this year. Getting fully out of Howard's contract too is the big piece that makes this work.

Drop Del Zotto as a corresponding move.

Blues confirm. Wasn't going to be able to resign weber after this year. Ill flip him now for a couple future assets and take back a bad contract to even up the salary.
