The Nats and Angels have reached an agreement on a 3 player swap:

Nats trade:
SP Greene, Hunter, $0.5m (P-n/a)
SP Bowlan, Jonathan, $0.5m (P-n/a)


Angels trade:
CI-MI Segura, Jean, $10m (2023)
X-MI Segura, Jean, Cash Exchange, $-5m

Angels make this deal as a means to reallocate our resources.  While Segura was our highest scoring MI last year, we have good depth at the position and with our history of pitching injuries, we wanted to bolster our SP's for a deep run in 2022.  Greene should have the opportunity to reach the majors this year and we like the upside he possesses.  Bowlan is another piece that may help in 2022 if everything goes right, but more realistically is a future piece we hope can stick in the rotation.
