I am not set up on trax draft as Toronto owner i have no *.

So with the 20th pick Toronto takes LW Kieffer Bellows

I think you need to browse between your teams from the drop-down..
Had the same challenge when trying to draft for Jets, had Isles team active and no authorization to select for Jets, naturally.

Yes, if you have two teams ... there is a drop-down in the draft room (next to the Status: In Progress  Pick: ##) that you can select the team that is ready to pick.
