Jackets are top heavy at center, and move the extra year of Vermette's contract.  Get a much needed wing in Horton.  Scrivens became expendable with earlier goaltending trades.

Bolster my minors with Pitlick and added another draft pick.

with this trade is trying to see in the future by getting Ben Scrivens on a 2-way contract who got his team in the finals in AHL will probably get a chance to make the team this year or next . vermette will help me at center were i'm pretty thin .... well i need all the help i can get
