I hope I don't regret this deal as I feel I am taking a bit of a gamble on Benn and Schenn but it help's with my youth that i have been striving towards with my last few deals!

Losing the consistency of Sedin hurts big time and Souray is a steal at 900K but in the end I want to gamble on what i got in this deal. I know I lose out big time in PPg numbers etc, but going forward I think this works better for the ANA organization.

I didn't plan on another deal today, but BeanTown Anaheim GM came to me and offered a pretty decent deal here.

I get Daniel Sedin home to Vancouver to play left wing with Landeskog....I finish up the promise I made when I signed up that I would fix the defense and I will now have 6 solid guys on defense with Souray if he can do what he did last year or even semi that.

Daniel will join an elite group of guys...Carter, Getz, Landey, Duchene, depth, solid defense, solid duo on goalies with Nabby and Irving helping out hopefully at times as well and future in the minors that I truly truly love. 

It will seem like alot has changed in Vancouver, but when the dust settles and all these deals are processed, I truly believe many will be thinking "this new guy, he could be a contender this year and coming years", its my vision and I see it coming together exactly as I wanted

The numbers makes it passable, but I cannot help but feel that Anaheim wins this deal by a good margin.
