The waive open tomorow i think, so i will waive some players for cap or at least put them in minors if nobody claim them

How is this allowed?  We can bid up players, and if we happen to win them, we can waive players to make room days later?  This doesn't make any sense.  I thought we weren't allowed to go over the cap at any point?  I have 2-3 guys to waive, and plenty of guys I would have like to bid on, but I couldn't because it would have taken me over the cap.

Yes this is not allowed. I believe you will have to forfeit Jarome and take a warning for not clearing cap space after 24 hours.
