I would say either 1 buyout anywhere or 2 buyouts (1 major/1 Minor) i don't think we should have 2 major League Buyouts

I don't want to allow the buyouts prior to that period as GMs will not be using it for the true intention of the buyout. The buyout will then be used my GMs to make room for their extensions not to take into account the drop in cap.
Also why I don't want them done before the extension deadline is that no one is over their projected cap currently.

The NHL cap change has nothing to do with our minors so I think only the players on the major roster should be bought out in my opinion.

Well this kind of sucks. lol  Looks like I will lose a buyout because I don't have a big contract in my minors.

Really sucks as I moved some big contracts out of my minors thinking we were not going to have a free buyout in the minors I also gave up some players and picks to move them out
