A high scoring playoff week there resulted in some records being broken and tied.

The Blues now have the highest scoring non-finals playoff week ever with 241.8 points last week.  They tied the record for assists with 33, and shots with 179.

The Sabres tied the record for goalie wins with their 6-1 record.

It was a unbelivable fight until the last minute. The difference was in the choice of goalies for Sunday. Price instead of Murray or Quick and you would be in the semi-finals instead of me.

Sabres tied the old playoff record for goalie wins. Anaheim and Detroit both had 7 goalie wins in the first round of the playoffs this year in their upsets over Carolina and Boston.
