Title: New Reds GM

lvmnz was hired as the Reds GM 3 weeks ago and has  resigned as GM. FGM was too complex for his limited schedule this next semester and he wanted to look for something simpler.

The new GM for the Reds is jblum. He signed up on the waiting list a month ago and was still interested in joining the league. He is very active in other baseball leagues here on PROFSL and will be a good addition to the league. Hopefully we have found a long-term GM for the Reds.
