Gents, we're going to use the lottery to determine Pick #1-10 starting in the 2019 FNHL Entry Draft.

We'll use this site to determine the order of the picks http://www.draftpicklottery.com/lottery.php

Each of the Top 10 picks will be drawn by weighted lottery.
We will use the NHL's odds from the previous year's lottery.

Team 30 - 13.5%
Team 29 - 11.5%
Team 28 - 9.5%
