Hey guys so just need to vent a few things here and maybe in my later life I've just been a bit busier but:
1) Is there a list of deadlines somewhere for the 2021-2022 season? I couldn't find it in its normal place, I don't want to miss out on more start dates.
2) Could there have been a check in prior to the start of the draft? I know I haven't signed in in a bit but as a long standing member I would hope that we have ensured everyone is ready for the draft.
3) Is 2 days notice fair for the offseason where nothing has been announced either via a post of the board or via pm in weeks? This gives the impression that nothing is urgent and there is no need to be checking in daily.
I know that the draft has started and I got who I got but I did state in this post that I was going to be busy starting in August would appreciate some heads up. I just hope in the future that each team is considered as active as possible before major league events take place or that deadlines are available well in advance so owners have time to prepare.
You're right, I definitely jumped the gun a little. I didn't see this post right away and I was actually trying to get it started before you left once I did. Clearly, I didn't so I apologize for that. I'll get dates posted, and I think to solve this for the future I'll have the draft as the last event, as opposed to the first one so the date is set a year in advance.
I know you're busy, but please help us out by checking your email for DMs. I understand the email notifications were broken for a while, but they're back now so you would have gotten a few emails from the site. Also to help us, post exactly when you're going to be out of service so we can work around it. I'm just trying to follow the rules/code of conduct that you created.
Sorry again for the original blunder, and I'm hoping that we both take steps here in the future to ensure this can be avoided in the future.
