Rip, I think Pigs is just proceeding with caution cause the last time rule changes got rushed midseason guys freaked and threw the breaks on. In a 4th yr league things are bound to be way more strategic vs newbie startup leagues or baseball leagues here where trades are flyin round and guys abandoning their teams after a couple o'mths. IMO

To reiterate, the only way an owner will be allowed to purchase a second team is to:
1) actually pay to own it (fee TBC)
2) follow the guidelines for ownership of a 2nd franchise (TBC)
