I think PR will burst onto the scene soon. He's sitting on a lot of good stuff from picks to cap and roster space. He's been a light bidder so far maybe 4 guys got bids from :FLO:

This is the penalty for being over or under cap limits
Penalties For Non-Complance
Below OR Over Cap (1 week warning in effect after which penalty will be levied) = Lose Highest draft pick or at the discretion of the league commissioner(s) lose a player from active roster or receive $1.0m cap penalty for season if over cap or lose top rated MiLR player.
note: owners need some time to comply but given this is a salary cap league, the penalty must be severe.

Sometimes PR gets busy and lets his team get knocked around when he forgets to set lineups. Otherwise hes sneaky quiet as a GM. Come on now pigs, got a big trade up your sleeve. Package up those 1st rounders for the 1st pk? What r you waiting for bud!?
