How is this allowed? We can bid up players, and if we happen to win them, we can waive players to make room days later? This doesn't make any sense. I thought we weren't allowed to go over the cap at any point? I have 2-3 guys to waive, and plenty of guys I would have like to bid on, but I couldn't because it would have taken me over the cap. :veto:

Yes this is not allowed. I believe you will have to forfeit Jarome and take a warning for not clearing cap space after 24 hours.
