Your teams are not as bad as some of you thought.
In this 30-team league I believe we have decent parity and 1-2 more players usually goes a long way to improving your team. :toast:
Also, with daily line-ups any teams can lay a beat down on a superior opponent that might be a little too busy to set their line-up a couple of days in a row. Happened to :NYI: this week.

In fact some veteran teams and owners are off to a slow start.

Some of us benefited from the short week. I don't think my :WAS-NHL: is better than :DET-NHL: , but I won last week.

Don't count yourself short, both your teams have got a lot of skilled players. I was nervous all week and it turns out for good reason.

I'm liking my Sabres! They are rock solid in net and the skaters are decent too. Lots to build on. Happy I bought into Buffalo.
