Title: Draft Pick Trading

Please vote.

Draft picks would not be allowed to be traded until June 1 of the following season.   Ex. Draft starts in Nov 2018 = player can be traded on June 1, 2019.

I think to mimic the MLB is a good idea.  It would also increase parity.

Helps prevent the league from becoming too imbalanced and mirrors the MLB.

I agree this is all around a good idea. Mimics real life, reduces admin workload, prevents owners selling the future when they just quit months later, etc. Perhaps most importantly, like said above it better ensures parity.
