My point was 1 team wins money, so there is no advantage. Its not like you get money b/c you win the first matchup. This isn't a Corey league, where everyone gets a payout for showing up.

My point was.... The NHL Playoff format is dumb as dog Crap. They will change it soon enough (I hope). It rewards a bad division for being bad ensuring that 1 team advances when maybe they didn't deserve too.
2 should play 3 in the oppo division if anything. The 2-3 divisional matchup is the stupidest format in sports history. I'm glad other sports don't use it.
I love hockey, & FNHL is a great league. Winner take all is ok by me, the playoff format is doo doo.
#2 and #3 in each Division play each other. The two #1's in each Conference play the Wildcards.
