Oh, let me answer that! SlackJack has won um....the greater esteem of PPG as evidenced by a Top 10 FNHL Owner write-up! Or something like that. Anyways, these ones go to eleven.

I'd move JD up to #1 without question. He netted the Devils a legitimate G (Valaromov) before moving on to Boston. All he has done in Boston was finish # 1 and #2 in the last 2 years. He has Calgary headed in the same direction.   

DD comes in at #2, Ripper #3,  then everyone else.

More seriously, I think it would be a positive not to have a list like this and to replace it with a something like the Ted Lindsay Award. An award for the "Most Outstanding  GM" in the FNHL, as voted by fellow GM's would be a prestigious accomplishment.

Not to mention is gets drawn out and someone has to do the math.
Then we have to name them after old hockey players that I might've seen but guys under 50 can't begin to understand how good they really were in their time. LOL
