Take it rule 16. Maximum 4 Entry Level Contract (ELC) players can be protected.
Is that of they have to be part of the 7 skaters +1G or 8 skaters each team protects and not that of extra protection spots from them 8 spots.

Antman you did deal Baertschi for McAvoy to me when charlie was in his NCAA year but you also did a deal with me for Matthews for Forsberg, Stecher and Bennett, which has turned quite favorably to Colorado advantage.
I'm fine with the expanaion draft rules.
