Drew I am very sorry to have to make this move after you put the work into my roaster and got it correct and looking pretty( appreciate that)

To my dismay Martin Havlat has returned . After reading the rules I need some clarification. I would like to get rid of Havlat and keep Doan. I haven't run into this situation before and need some giudence on the first step I need to make

I'm pretty sure you can waive Havlat and sign Doan to a 1 year contract.  The risk would be that Havat could be claimed by any of the other 17 teams.

Now that Havlat has been waived do you want to sign Doan and call up a player to make cap in your minors for Havlat?

Drew must have missed it but Doan's minimum should be 2.7 as his real life contract is 5.3. He will rule on this.
