Title: Chicago White Sox GM Position is Open

Bap9 has resigned from his position as GM of the White Sox and will not be returning next year. I am beginning the search for a new GM for the :CHW:. I would like to have someone in place before the Offseason FA period starts. If any of you know someone who may be interested in the Position please have them send me a PM or let me know who they are.

This league isn't the same without Dan and Jake. If Dan wants the ChiSox he has my blessing, for what it's worth.

I am officially nominating Dan Wood as the candidate to take over the GM duties for the Chicago White Sox. Dan is a former member of FGM and has previously served as the commissioner of the league. I would ask for other RC members to give their opinion on hiring Dan Wood to be the GM.

RC members will have until 6PM EST on Friday 12/6/2013 to give their opinion.

I think it is good for the league and hope the move will move towards the league's activity being amped up.

I detest Mets fans, more specifically, Mets fans named Dan. That being said, I am all for DW getting the Sox, as his track record and overall standing within the community is tough to argue against.

Sorry, I wasn't getting prompts to my email from this board for some reason. I left ProFSL in total for a very short period of time last year as I was spread too thin with school, work, family, and just about everything else. I was in far too many leagues and I really couldn't keep up with them. It got to a point where it wasn't a hobby anymore, but more of a job. It was unfortunate to leave my Reds behind as I have put a ton of man hours into that squad, but I was becoming detrimental to all the leagues that I was in as I couldn't be active at all, let alone tend to my squads. So, I figured if I wasn't going to do it right, then I should be doing it.

The RC voted and approved the hiring of Dan Wood as the new GM of the Chicago White Sox by a 6-0 Vote. Dan Wood will immediately take over the GM duties of the :CHW:
