I'm still trying to rebuild my MiLR. It was void of any real talent when I took over last yr.
I traded for a bunch of late picks to try to restock with some late round gems that I hope will pan out in a few seasons.

On a scale of 30 I'd rank my

Baltimore Ravens MiLR

in the bottom 1/3 of the league. Probably somewhere like 22nd. We've got Tom Wilson and Scott Laughton. After that it's anyone guess who rises to the top and gets promoted.

The GOOD

Took a look around a think teams like

even

rank in my top 10 for the list for balance and FNHL-ready prospects.

The UGLY

On the flip side, some teams have barely anything left in the cupboard or feature a cast of forgotten nobodies destined for the KHL. LOL

harboring 6 players but Ducks have been calling up prospects regularly so it's no wonder

only has 6 guys mostly oldies

I don't recognize many players aside from recent draft pk Zach Fucale

could've nicknamed their MiLR the "Unknowns" LOL

The goalie situation was "nuts" up til this yr. Now there are more goalies being moved then ever before from what I can see. Last yr you'd have to give up the core of your team and your top prospects to land one. This yr you just have to place your left nut on a silver platter like Snug said.

The extension values getting bumped up also balances things out.

But to Snug's pt it would be cool to see Block Shots and Face offs Won/Lost scored. Freak/Pigs what do you guys think man? Blocked Shots would up the value on blueliners and 3rd/4th line forwards.

I had a tough time getting a good read on this trade. I think it's balanced. On the surface it's a no-brainer for SJ coming away with a good package of players but when you look up their stats it's a mess really. Stalberg is in a new city and sucks. Staal has a new coach and sucks. Martin is playing like he always has borderline passable. Cleary lost precious ice time to Alfie and some other young kids in Motown. Is Heatley any better no. But if

was looking to clear cap they did. If

was looking to unload a bad FA signing they did. After that it's about the prospects and I think the Sens get some real good ones here.

I think Burke's Sharks gets the W in this trade. Unloading "Glass" Havlat and getting a couple of solid prospects is a smart move. The way the NHL Sharks are playing there's no guarantee Havlat gets the minutes he had in the past and those groin injuries are totally unpredictable in terms of healing. Larsson might be good in another 2yrs but for now he sucks and plays for a weak team. Boston sending Seidenberg the other way. He is a good player on a good team like Izaman said. His contract is manageable. What's not to like.
