FA opens after we're finished the Supplemental draft.  That's scheduled for July 23rd, but I wouldn't mind starting sooner if everyone gets their keepers in.

i vote lets start the supplemental draft early, why wait until the 23rd?

I think PIT is the only team left that hasn't submitted keepers yet.  Once he does we can get the supplemental started.  I am very busy this week and since it's a big vacation week I would like to at least wait until next week to get it rolling.
