Title: Los Angeles - 24hr Warning Promote or Outright release (Baertschi)

:LAK: MiLR Player has exceeded the 40 game limit and must be promoted, signed to an Entry Level contract or be released by the team:

LW - Sven Baertschi (2011: 1/13 - 41 Games)

Failure to act will within 24hrs will result in the MiLR player's outright release.

Also note, failure to resign this MiLR player will also effectively render :LAK: a FNHL owned team since the owner appears to be unable to compete - perhaps a recurrence of whatever led them to be absent part of the 2012-13 season.

This deadline as missed. Sven was released to Free Agency!

Given the missed deadline and the absence of the owner for unknown reason's :LAK: franchise will now be managed by the League commissioner's office.

The future of the :LAK: Franchise is pending (possibly for sale or wait for the return of owner CHO34).
