This deal gives me the cap and roster space to finally call Mantha up to the big leagues. I liked Motte, especially being a former Wolverine, but most people know how much I love draft picks. They are my version of lottery tickets and maybe I have a gambling problem.

Wild makes this trade to add some young talent for my minors and move a big contract. I'm a big fan of both barzal and tuch and some picks. If this trade gets approved I'll be moving the 1st rd pick after this trade
Hard to get Goalies in FNHL and you need them to win.

If this is the trade you want, I'm always on the side of the man who paid for his team (s) I advantage to Avs...but  :iatp:

Makes it an even bigger challenge to remain playoff relevant.
