FGM Official Trade Block Thread
« on: October 04, 2010, 05:48:16 PM »
Please post here if you made an update to your trade block.  Please put one trade block post within your team page.  This will keep the trade block chaos to a minimum and have one giant thread for non-PM trade discussions.

Many of the Pirates minor leaguers are on the trade block.  I am looking to bring in another middle infielder and a catcher at the MLB level.  I can take off a nasty contract if that helps.

MLB-C Mathis, Jeff, $0.5m (2011)
MLB-C Anderson, Bryan, $0.5m (P-n/a)
A-C Sanchez, Tony, $0.5m (P-n/a)
AAA-CI Bates, Aaron, $0.5m (P-n/a)
AA-CI Waring, Brandon, $0.5m (2011)
MLB-CI-MI Hoffpauir, Jarrett, $0.5m (P-n/a)
AAA-MI Emaus, Brad, $0.5m (P-n/a)
AA-MI d'Arnaud Chase, $0.5m (P-n/a)
MLB-OF Pierre, Juan, $0.5m (2012)
AAA-OF Dorn, Daniel, $0.5m (P-n/a)
AAA-CI-OF Tracy, Chad Samuel, $0.5m (P-n/a)
MLB-RP Runzler, Dan, $5m (2011)
MLB-SP Tomlin, Josh, $0.5m (P-n/a)
MLB-SP-RP Bastardo, Antonio, $0.5m (P-n/a)
MLB-RP Guzman, Angel, $0.5m (2011)
AAA-SP LeCure, Sam, $0.5m (P-n/a)
AAA-SP Moskos, Daniel, $0.5m (P-n/a)

Sanchez, Bastardo, Dorn, and Emaus have the most value to me here.

I am looking to move the following prospects for major league CI and SP:

Julio Teheran: top pitching prsopect left in the minors. BaseballAmerica ranks him ahead of Myers, Hosmer and Lamb.
Arodys Vizcaino: Braves traded J. Vazquez for this guy.
Chris Dwyer: Power lefty with combined ERA of 3.00 for two levels. Ranked ahead of Christian Colon by BaseballAmerica
Michael Taylor: stock has dropped somewhat but finished the year very strong and is very close to making his ML debut.
Engel Beltre: Talent is always there, exploded to AA
Brandon Beachy: Minor league ERA leader, debuted in ML in Sept.
Danny Duffy: Polished lefty saw his fastball jump to 92-94 after coming back form retirement. 2.74 ERA and 4:1 k/BB ratio in A+ & AA
Robbie Erlin: Slight statured lefy with power game and outstanding control: 9:1 K/BB ratio in A with 2.12 ERA.
