Phillies - Dodgers agree to another trade

OF Puig, Yasel, $0.5m (P-2016)

Dodgers receive:
C Sisco, Chance, $0.5m (P-n/a)
OF Pompey, Dalton, $0.5m (P-n/a)
OF Renfroe,, Hunter, $0.5m (P-n/a)
SP Bauer, Trevor, $0.5m (P-n/a)

Phillies give up a load of young talent but I believe Puig is worth it.  Sisco was tagged as my C of the future and he was difficult to give up.  I wanted to consolidate a few specs for one good player and thats what I've done here.  Good deal for both.

Dodgers accept. This is a risk but a calculated one.
Chris Archer is due a huge raise and will likely not be resigned. Bauer pitched in the Cleveland rotation last year. He is a former first round draft choice and will fit nicely into my rotation. He fits my plan of quality pitching at a low price.
Pompey would join Santana and Matook as OF who might see significant MLB playing time this year. Renfroe is highly rated in the Padres farm system and a former #13 overall pick.
Sisco is a Scouting Book top 20 catcher.That would give me 3 top 20 catcher on my farm. Catching is quickly becoming the most difficult position to fill in this league. One of these guys has to make it.

I'm having a little trouble with this trade.  Puig is the 8th ranked OF and will only get better.  He can be had for 50% of his market value for 5 years as a (P-2016).  Bauer and three players you hope will pan out is indeed a risk.  It's not a trade I would make, but the Dodgers' GM gives a rationale that shows he's willing to trade away a bonfide star for a future he hopes will materialize, so with that in mind:

With one TC member involved in this trade, four approvals from the remaining five TC members (with one TC member casting a veto) means that even with a veto, the trade would be approved 4-1 (80%).
