 receives: Jake Gardiner, $3.2m (2015-16) Nicolas Kerdiles, N/C (0 games)  receives: Joshua Ho-Sang, N/C (0 games) confirms this deal. Looking to continue the rebuild. I do like Gardiner, but probably wouldn't re-sign him after the year, and I get a nice spec with some high upside in Ho-Sang. He also has a very low floor, so it is risky, but Gardiner was worth the risk to me. Kerdiles was a complete dump for me. It made the deal work for Mark. Thanks Mark for the deal.

Well I hate losing Ovie, but this continues my rebuild. I don't mind losing Brodin or Marincin, but the 3rd rounder hurts a little. Fisher will help now, and may possibly, if possible, get turned around into another deal before the trade deadline midseason. Bennett and Jurco and nice young pieces. The gem in the deal is Dal Colle. It is going to take a couple of years, but I see this guy being a great fantasy player in the NHL. Thanks Drew for the deal!

Well I add two more pieces to try to really make a run this year and maybe next. The big loss for me in this deal is DSP, but he has fallen off a bit, and I don't have the time to wait for him. The other young guys all have decent upside, but have a lot of risk. Overall, I think this deal fits both team's needs at this point. Thanks Dave for the deal!
