Phillies move the expiring contract of Odorizzi for a couple prospects. Both have warts but good enough upside to take a flyer on, Arauz especially.

Yes you are correct. Austin Slater is incorrectly shown on DL on fantrax. Neither he nor Tyler Austin are eligible for DL at this point so even if he puts Colin Rea on DL (who is eligible) he is still one over the limit.
