Congratulations to the :BOS-NHL: Boston BRUINS, our 2016-17 Franchise NHL Champion. :judge:
The Bruins defeated the Avalanche 100.2 to 76.4 in the FINALS.
That's a 2nd championships for JackDaniels and his Bs in 4 years! :win:

Congratulations to the 2016-17 FNHL Finalist :COL-NHL: Colorado Avalanche led by AntMan! AntMan bought the team from Ginstwin in late-December 2016 and set franchises course for a championship immediately. He fell short this time but something tells me AntMan's Avs will be setting up for another run real soon! :toast::winner:

:BOS-NHL: Bruins held the lead from Day 1 and never gave it up to :COL-NHL:.

DAY 2 OF 7
:COL-NHL: AVS 23.7 - :BOS-NHL: BRUINS 48.25
AFTER DAY 3 OF 7
:COL-NHL: AVS 30.05 - :BOS-NHL: BRUINS 50.25
* Avs Lundqvist goes down 0-2 as the NHL Rangers are shutout but the NHL Caps but Hank still picks up 3.75pts in the losing cause.
* Bruins posted 2pts while rolling with 4 skaters.
* Plenty of action tonight with a full slate of NHL games.

* Bruins starter Talbot posts a W but only takes home 4.25pts Thurs.
* Avs Schneider posts a -1.75pts Thurs night after giving up 7 goals against the NHL's Penguins.
* Friday evening saw the 2 teams combine for a whopping 0.5pts
* Lots of games over the weekend & lots of players on contending NHL teams getting rested before the playoffs.
* Boston hit by rash of injuries to 3 key blueliners Karlsson, Krug & Ellis
* Colorado might finally get Geno back into their lineup this weekend

Boston Bruins held onto their lead the entire week and are once again FNHL Champs.
Colorado Avalanche had an incredible season with new ownership taking over in late-December and guiding the team to it's 1st FNHL FINALS. Great work by both Colorado's AntMan & Boston's JackDaniels! :toast: :win:

I want to congratulate AntMan on his FNHL Western Conference Championship and building such a great team in half a season as a 1st yr owner. Avs beat the defending Champ :LAK: Kings AND the Presidents Trophy winner :NAS: Preds to reach the FNHL Finals. :BOS-NHL: Bruins kept our mouths shut since the end of the regular season and went to work. We didn't want to jinx our chances.
That said it's a hell of great feeling and an big honor to bring the 2016-17 Championship home to :BOS-NHL: Boston :BOS-NHL:. This is without a doubt the absolute toughest hockey league with the best owners! :toast:

Nashville would've had a tough time against the Bruins if we made the FNHL Finals. We had a bunch of players in and out of the lineup at the NHL level. Andresen and Gibson were the walking wounded.
Any chance you could reset the lineups for the past week for :NAS: to see what the final results would've been?
