Just as a refresher, our playoffs end Sunday night and a new champ will be crowned. The results of this contest are currently too close to call........
Immediately after that matchup closes, our offseason begins. I will need a little time to rollover the spreadsheet, audit minors/IR, update awards, history threads, etc. You all are free to start posting your offseason transactions; extensions, trades, etc. Remember that you can trade the rights to an expiring player without extending them, so make use of that rule to manage your cap going into next year.
This is a lengthy period that takes us all the way through June, so there's really no rush to get your ship in order - but if you see a flurry of trade activity, I would encourage you to dip your toes in. Sometimes the iron is hot and if you wait too long, other teams may have finalized their offseason moves.
To summarize: Take your time, hurry up, choice is yours, don't be late!
