Title: Trade Committee

These members will now be the active trade committee. They are responsible for approving trades. Takes 3 approvals for the trade to be confirmed.
They are also responsible for:
Commenting on trades
Deciding who won/who lost
The fairness of the trade
Whether the trade was legit or set up
Whether the trade would be a detriment to that franchise or the league.

These members are to remain active on the forum and be all about trades.

Approvals has been changed to back to 3 with gain of 2 trade committee members.
