Warning to all teams who are still over the 2013-14 Franchise NHL Salary Cap of $64.3m (or below the Cap Floor of $44.0m), be advised the penalties are now in effect.
If your team is over the cap, the penalty will be imposed. Verify your roster.
Salary Cap
Salary will be a flat hard cap.
2013-14 Mirror NHL as of Feb 4, 2013 @ 11h51 ET

Penalties For Non-Complance
Below OR Over Cap (1 week warning in effect after which penalty will be levied) = Lose Highest draft pick or at the discretion of the league commissioner(s) lose a player from active roster or receive $1.0m cap penalty for season if over cap or lose top rated MiLR player.
note: owners need some time to comply but given this is a salary cap league, the penalty must be severe.
