Any combination of players, supplemental picks or cash*** may be traded.
***When trading cash the value of the cash must be less than or equal to the value of player contracts that are also being traded. Also the value of future cash must be equal to the value of future player contracts. (added 10/29/15)***

Keeper draft picks cannot be traded.
When cash is exchanged it cannot be attached to a contract. This means that if you're trading a player with a $5m contract and part of the deal is you're paying that contract, the contract for that player does not change, you are sending your trade partner $5m towards his salary cap.
Supplemental draft picks can be exchanged but only for drafts up to 2 years from the current season. Fantrax only include picks up to 2 years from the current season - so if you see the picks on Fantrax, they're tradeable. If they're not on Fantrax, they're not tradeable.
Dynasty NHL will have a 7 member trade committee to review all trades. Trade details should be posted on the ProFSL board for review and simultaneously posted on Fantrax. The commissioners will routinely approve the trades offered on Fantrax, while the trade thread on ProFSL will be held for 72 hours for the league to digest. If any DNHL member objects to the trade during this 72 hour period for any reason, the TC will convene via PM to discuss and evaluate the trade. After coming to a consensus the TC will either approve or veto the trade. If veto'd, the trade will be reversed on Fantrax.
Please note that when trading on Fantrax you can't include future cap exchanges. Those need to be reported in the ProFSL transaction for manual entry.
