In order to create some demand I suggest we contract 2-4 teams and hold a dispersal draft and then place the remaining players in the free agency pool. If we did away with two from the east both conferences would have the same number of teams. Of course this is just my opinion but I believe it would work.

it was considered but we want a 30 team league. the problem thst needs to be addressed is getting quality hockey ppl on the site, ones that can compete in a deep league.

contacting down by 2-4 or any amount just turns this league into every other league and that would mean star studded free agent pools to cherry pick from and no real scarcity of resources to compete for.

its a transition as we move to 100% paid entry in 2014-15 so the new vacancies are expected this offseason.

we will get this place filled or close to it. either wsy it will be the most competitive and challenging hockey league around.

It could work but I would not enjoy anything less than 30 teams in this H2H points setup we have. I gave up Fantasy hockey for close to a decade until I got talked into playing in this 30 team league. Love it! If I could have sex with this format I would LOL

Getting new quality owners will be a priority this Summer for me and anyone else in this league who wants to play the best hockey minds around.
