Given overwhelming feedback by team owners to upload MiLR on Fantrax, we will start that process and target end of December 2013 to complete the uploads.

This is meant to help with Free agent search, and allow teams to manage their MiLR player's games played.
The penalty for using a MiLR player in a team's active lineup is the forfeiting of the Week(s) (lose the week's match-up) automatically.
FNHL Rules will also be updated to reflect this change.
