Given the unexplained absence (since the start of the 2013-14 season) of long standing Franchise NHL owner CHO34, the :LAK: franchise will be managed by the League until further notice.
In light of CHO34's status as a founding owner of the league, we don't want to outright remove him. I'm sure there's a good reason he can't participate at this time and given all the time and effort he's put into the franchise I'm reluctant to remove him immediately.
We will target mid-season as a deadline for CHO34's return, December 15, 2013 after which the :LAK: will be put up for sale. If the team does not get sold, the League will manage it thru the remainder of the 2013-14 season.

Unfortunately our original :LAK: owner couldn't make it back so we've moved on.
