Rockies trade:  SP Zach Wheeler $8m (2024) and pay $8m cash for 2023 only

White Sox trade:
MI Luis Garcia $0.5m P-2024)
SP Carlos Rodriguez P-n/a

Rockies make this trade to add Garcia to replace Max Muncy and Jake Cronenworth who lose MI elegibility next season.  We also think Rodriguez can be an effective SP in a few years.
